At WowRSVP, we take pride in creating high-quality personalized products. Because each order is custom-made specifically for you, our refund policy differs from that of standard retail products. Please review the information below before placing your order

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on personalized or custom products once production or design work has begun.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be eligible for cancellation and a refund only if production or design work has not yet started.

Digital products, including RSVP websites, digital invitations, downloadable files, and other digital services, are non-refundable once work has begun, the product has been delivered, or access has been provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We recommend reporting the issue as soon as possible to minimize delays.
• Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item are required so we can verify the issue and process your replacement.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be produced and shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

WowRSVP is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a replacement order is requested due to an incorrect shipping address, additional production and shipping charges may apply.

Change of Mind

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to a change of mind after production or design work has begun.
